New York-based blockchain land registry platform, Balcony, has raised $12.7 million in a seed funding round. According to Foresight News, Blockchange Ventures led the investment. The funds will be used to expand the engineering team and facilitate more county-level deployments across the United States.

Previously, Balcony completed a pre-seed funding round in May 2024, with participation from the Avalanche Blizzard Fund, although the amount was not disclosed.
