According to Foresight News and Yahoo Finance, Coinbase's CFO Alesia Haas mentioned in the earnings call that "our USDC contract (with Circle's distribution agreement) automatically renews every three years and is set for perpetual renewal. This contract cannot be terminated." Coinbase's Chief Compliance Officer Paul Grewal also stated, "Fortunately, the terms of our contract with Circle have been established, and as Alesia Haas emphasized, these contracts will auto-renew. We expect to continue our partnership with Circle under the same terms in the future."
