$WLFI tokens hit the open market. The WLFI project detected that Sun's entity allegedly violated agreements (like transferring tokens to Binance which is a no-go), activating the freeze function in the smart contract and locking a significant amount of tokens in Sun's wallets (including both unlocked and locked portions).
Sun's side claims the freeze was done without proper governance procedures, accusing the project of having undisclosed “blacklist/backdoor” functionalities in the smart contract.
