#ZEC.24小时交易策略 Let's do a recap today. Over the past week, I've realized that my trading discipline is still pretty poor after more than a year. Especially this past week, I've seen a lot of people posting about the Martingale trading strategy, which seems to have a high win rate but relies on holding positions without stop losses, just weathering the storm. That's me right now. The five key elements I've learned about futures trading are: 1. Entry point 2. Position sizing 3. Leverage 4. Take profit strategy 5. Stop loss level

Looking at these, points 2 and 3 guide the process of point 5. If you pick a bad entry point and add to a losing position, then your position size increases and your losses grow, making it harder to take that stop loss. Last night, $ZEC taught me a vivid lesson again; I couldn't sleep, tossing and turning until 4 AM. It's frustrating, and I'm scared of another liquidation. I clearly intended to long at the bear market bottom, but I let market chatter lead me, and out of nowhere, I shorted a lot of positions. This has caused me to give back the profits I struggled to earn over the past few months. I saw a couple of old crypto buddies get wiped out overnight too; it’s just painful.

Let this post serve as a warning to myself: 1. If I get through this, reduce all leverage to 10. 2. Keep only 3000u for futures trading. 3. Limit each coin to 100u max without adding to losing positions. 4. When I see bullish divergence, don’t go against the trend and add to losing positions. $BTC $ETH
