Starting from December 2025, Binance will support donations of 50% of the trading fees generated from the trading of Giggle Fund (GIGGLE) spot and margin trading to support the charitable projects advocated by the Giggle Fund. The Giggle Fund is a Memecoin focused on charitable causes on the BNB Smart Chain, converting trading fees into educational donations for children through the Giggle Academy. This donation program allows users trading GIGGLE to participate and contribute to crypto innovation and meaningful social impact.

The Giggle Fund is a community-initiated charity project aimed at supporting educational endeavors and has no official relationship with Giggle Academy. This donation plan does not constitute an investment in any tokens or projects, and Binance will maintain a neutral stance, implementing and disclosing charitable funds in a transparent manner.

Validity period: From November 01, 2025, 08:00:00 (UTC+8) until further notice.

Binance will continue to work with the community to support the implementation of this donation plan. If it cannot be realized for any reason, Binance will consider stopping future donations. This donation plan will not affect the trading fees of GIGGLE spot and margin trading pairs.

Rules:

• Starting from December 2025, Binance will donate 50% of the GIGGLE spot and margin trading pairs transaction fees;

• The first batch of GIGGLE spot and margin trading pairs transaction fee donation point will be on December 01, 2025, 08:00:00 (UTC+8), with a statistical period from November 01, 2025, 08:00:00 to November 30, 2025, 07:59:59 (UTC+8);

• The second batch of GIGGLE spot and margin trading pairs transaction fee donation point will be on January 01, 2026, 08:00:00 (UTC+8), with a statistical period from November 30, 2025, 08:00:00 to December 31, 2025, 07:59:59 (UTC+8);

• Binance will calculate the total transaction fees for GIGGLE spot and margin trading pairs on the first day of each month at 08:00:00 (UTC+8) for the previous month; and will complete on-chain transfers and update monthly report data before the second day of each month at 08:00:00 (UTC+8);

• Transaction fee assets in non-GIGGLE forms such as USDT, USDC, TRY, etc., will be converted to GIGGLE at the Binance platform exchange rate at 08:00:00 (UTC+8) every Monday;

• The proposal for GIGGLE community transaction fee donations will not affect the transaction fee rates of GIGGLE spot and margin trading pairs;

• The proposal for GIGGLE community transaction fee donations will not affect BNB fee discounts, fee rebates, or any other forms of fee adjustments or discounts. The spot market maker program will suspend all GIGGLE spot and margin trading pairs market maker rebates at 08:00:00 (UTC+8) on November 01, 2025;

• VIP users' 30-day trading volume and spot market maker account order trading volume statistics rights will not be affected by this proposal.
