This wallet project is worth considering, with a 55% annualized return (variable). I looked into the team behind it, and they seem pretty solid, with decent resources. Basically, our money is lent out as consumer loans. Consumer loans usually have annual interest rates of 20–50%, so under normal circumstances the project team gives us a 13% annualized return and pockets the difference. It’s currently in a promotional period, so they’re offering an extra 33.55%. TVL has now reached $130 million, which is pretty good for a bear market. One downside is the 90-day lockup, so this isn’t suitable if you need your money soon. But it could work if you have spare cash you won’t need for a while.

The hardware wallet supply chain of 【CryptoBilis, an authorized Southeast Asian distributor】 was compromised. Initial estimates indicate that hundreds of wallets were affected. After obtaining the funds, the hackers used several laundering methods: some ETH was sent to Tornado Cash for mixing; some USDT was bridged to Tron and swapped for USDD; most of the stolen funds remain in addresses controlled by the hackers, and have not yet been dumped on a large scale. Some exchanges have already tried to freeze the associated addresses. Here are the lessons:

1. Hardware wallet security isn’t just about the chip and firmware—the supply chain is a major risk. Even if the packaging is intact, hardware purchased through non-official channels could still have been tampered with.

1️⃣I guessed there’d be a surprise raid, but didn’t expect a blind box. Not sure what’s in store next week, so I’ll grab this one first and see. 28U—just barely enough to pass.

2️⃣StandX officially said there’ll be news about a TGE in October, but the exact timing is still unclear. Let’s wait patiently a little longer. It’s already been a year—don’t keep us waiting too much longer!

3️⃣My dual-currency earn product matured today, earning me 25U. I’ve rolled it over again to see if it can fill at 78,000. If not, I’ll go back to earning a 10% annualized yield.

II. Hong Kong Stock IPOs
1️⃣A new airdrop is live: Transsion Holdings, the king of African mobile phones. Applications close on October 12. I’ve posted a detailed analysis on my public account.

I’m a bit worn out from working nonstop. I really need to balance work and rest. Personally, I feel that holidays in Hong Kong are better: there’s no shifting holidays around. If it’s a holiday, you get the day off; if it isn’t, you can take leave and piece together 10 days of rest yourself. That way, you can avoid the crowds when traveling—it’s much more sensible.

2️⃣The Fear and Greed Index is at 56, neutral. The AHR999 index is 0.52, suitable for dollar-cost averaging. $BTC is priced at 82,000; $ETH is priced at 2,500; $BNB is priced at 740. Not bad—hope they stay stable.

3️⃣Continued outflows from U.S. spot ETFs

U.S. spot BTC ETFs saw net outflows of $244.1 million yesterday, marking two consecutive days of large redemptions and the biggest single-day outflow since June 25 this year.

Spot ETH ETFs have seen net outflows for eight consecutive trading days, with $72.5 million flowing out in a single day. Cumulative outflows since September 29 are about $641 million.

So far in October, combined net outflows from spot BTC and ETH ETFs are close to $1 billion. Institutional funds are pulling back for now, weighing on the market’s rebound. Bitcoin is currently trading around $82,000.
