Iran has announced that it will target 18 major American companies in the Middle East in response to attacks from the USA and Israel.
The list published by the Tasnim agency, associated with the IRGC, mainly includes technology and defense giants:
Apple, Microsoft, Google, Meta, Intel, Nvidia, Tesla, Boeing, JP Morgan, Cisco, HP, IBM, Dell, Oracle, Palantir, General Electric, and others.
Iran has declared that the offices, data centers, and cloud infrastructure of these companies in the Middle East (especially in the UAE, Israel, and the Gulf) are "enemy technology objects." It claims that the companies have technological collaboration with Israel and the USA, and that their technologies are used in military operations.
The IRGC has called on employees in the region to leave the premises and has warned of possible attacks starting from April 1, 2026.
Possible attack methods: cyber attacks (hack, DDoS), drone/rocket strikes, and sabotage through proxy groups.
So far, the threat remains at a verbal level, and there are no real attacks. However, it creates pressure on technology and defense stocks.
