Foresight News reports that, according to Bloomberg, the Paris-based digital asset company Ledger has completed a $50 million secondary equity sale, and its CEO stated that the company currently has no immediate plans for an initial public offering (IPO). Pascal Gauthier led the transaction, which was completed in the fourth quarter of last year, with an early investor selling their stake in this deal. He stated in an interview but declined to disclose the company's valuation.
