Binance is launching a new round of the Super Earn Coin event — Midnight (NIGHT), along with the new Super Earn Coin feature. Midnight (NIGHT) is a blockchain based on zero-knowledge proof (ZK) technology, providing practicality while ensuring data protection and ownership security.

New Highlights of Binance Super Earn Coin:

Binance Super Earn Coin is a limited-time event, where users can subscribe to designated tokens in a specific Super Earn Coin pool to receive special rewards distributed in the form of a special annualized yield or airdrop.

• Supports multiple Super Earn Token pools: Supports mainstream cryptocurrencies and interest-bearing asset subscriptions. For example: NIGHT Super Earn Tokens can be subscribed using BTC, BNB, WBETH, BNSOL, XRP, or ADA.

• Expanded Reward Scope: Special rewards available for Binance spot tokens or Binance Alpha tokens.

NIGHT Super Earn Token Details:

This round will have over 480 million NIGHT rewards distributed in batches to Binance users. Users who subscribe to the Super Earn Token pools during the event period will be eligible to share 120 million NIGHT rewards, as detailed below:

• Activity One: Super Earn Token Subscription (Share up to 108 million NIGHT)

• Activity Two: Glacier Airdrop Special Reward (Share up to 12 million NIGHT)

Activity One: Subscribe to Super Earn Token, share 108 million NIGHT special rewards

During the event period, users who subscribe to eligible Super Earn Token pools can share 108 million NIGHT special rewards. After subscribing to the designated Super Earn Token pool, you will receive:

1. Base Annualized Return (Base APR): Binance Wealth Management Returns (such as principal protected earn tokens, etc.). Note: Some pools may display a base APR of “—%” or “0%”, indicating that the rewards for that pool fully come from special rewards.

2. Special Reward: Fully sponsored by the token project, distributed in the form of special annual returns or airdrops, with each pool independently marked.

About Special Rewards

After the event ends, special rewards will be airdropped to eligible user accounts, and relevant distribution details will be announced separately.

Please note that special rewards correspond to each pool, and each pool has maximum and minimum subscription limits. Binance reserves the right to adjust.

Activity One Reward Calculation

Binance will take multiple snapshots daily to record user subscription amounts and total subscription amounts in the pool, calculating the final reward using the following formula: (User's subscription amount in a specific pool on that day ÷ Total subscription amount of all eligible users in that pool) × Pool's NIGHT reward amount for that day.

Note:

• Users can participate in multiple pools, and the final reward is the sum of rewards from all eligible pools.

• Each pool's reward amount is independent; for example, equivalent USDT in the BTC pool and ADA pool may yield different rates of return.

• At the subscription expiry, Binance will automatically redeem the assets into the principal earning token product.

How to participate in Super Earn Token:

2. Subscribe your tokens to the corresponding reward pool.

App version:

2. Select the reward pool and click 【Subscribe】;

3. Enter the subscription amount and confirm.

Activity Two: Glacier Special Airdrop — Share an additional 12 million NIGHT

Users who subscribe to any Super Earn Token pool in Activity One and meet the eligibility criteria for the Glacier airdrop will automatically share an additional 12 million NIGHT rewards without any additional action.

Glacier Airdrop User Eligibility

According to the official standards of Midnight (NIGHT), on June 11, 2025, at 07:59 (UTC+8), users must hold the minimum quantity of any of the following tokens in a supported account to automatically qualify for the airdrop:

Eligible users who participated in Activity One subscriptions can view the cumulative Activity Two NIGHT airdrop rewards on the leaderboard, with data updated within 24-36 hours after subscription. No additional clicks to register are required; the leaderboard is only for querying cumulative rewards.

Activity Two Reward Calculation:

The daily Glacier airdrop reward amount is calculated using the following formula:

(Glacier airdrop user's eligible subscription amount (in USDT equivalent) ÷ All Glacier airdrop users' eligible subscription amount) × Activity Two airdrop amount for that day.

Note: Activity Two reward calculations aggregate the subscription amounts from all pools (not calculated separately for each pool), so different pools with the same subscription amount will receive similar proportional rewards.

Terms and Conditions:

• These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Activity Terms") govern user participation in the above activities. By participating in this activity, users agree to comply with these Activity Terms and the following additional terms: (a) Binance Prize Activity Terms; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Policy; the above additional terms are incorporated into these terms.

• In case of any ambiguity or conflict between these Activity Terms and any other combined terms, these Activity Terms shall prevail, and the following priority order shall apply: (a) Binance Prize Activity Terms; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Policy;

• Only users who have completed identity verification can participate in this activity. The products/functions mentioned in this activity may not be available in certain regions, and users must understand and comply with the applicable laws and regulations of their respective countries/regions;

• Users can refer to the Super Earn Token FAQs for more information;

• Binance reserves the right to adjust the total subscription limit and the maximum investment amount per person at any time during the event for any reason;

• Newly registered Binance users who have passed identity verification can only view or participate in Super Earn Token product activities at 12:00 (UTC+8) on the day after successfully passing identity verification. Note: The subscription limit depends on the remaining total subscription limit;

• Binance will redeem the subscribed digital currency/digital assets at the end of the agreed subscription period and use them for subscription to flexible products. Due to market fluctuations, the value of digital currency/digital assets may change;

• About early redemption of Super Earn Token:

  • Users can choose to redeem early; after early redemption, digital assets will be returned to the user's spot account, and the interest earned (accumulated or otherwise) will be deducted from the returned digital assets.

  • Due to different global time zones, arrival may take 48-72 hours;

• Reward Distribution:

  • NIGHT rewards will be distributed to eligible users' spot or Alpha accounts upon the end of the event, with specific time and details to be announced separately.

  • Rewards for Activity One and Activity Two will be airdropped separately. Users can view subscription, holdings, reward distribution, and redemption records on the Super Earn Token page on the web or app.

• The rewards for this event are contributed to Binance by the relevant protocol teams, aiming to support promotional activities;

• Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it reasonably believes that their actions are fraudulent or do not comply with any applicable terms and conditions. This includes but is not limited to wash trading, illegal bulk account registration, self-trading, or market manipulation;

• Binance reserves the right to unilaterally and absolutely decide to modify or change these terms at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating, or suspending this activity, its eligibility terms and standards, and the timing of any actions. All participants shall be bound by these modifications;
