Prophecy about Bitcoin
1. Hear, O nations, for a coin without face and without king shall arise.
2. It will rise like steam from a kettle, and the crowds will shout: "Here is our salvation!"
3. They will buy it for silver and bread, sell houses and herds for the number on the screen.
4. And its price will rise like a soap bubble in the wind.
5. But the winds of change will blow, and the bubble will rise high, only to burst with a loud sound.
6. And the crowds will say: "Who deceived us? Where is our digital gold?"
7. Then the wise will answer: "There was no eternity in it, only breath and greed."
8. Merchants will fall prostrate, bankers will rejoice, and hamsters will gnash their teeth.
9. And in the book of times it will be recorded: "Such was Bitcoin — a sign of pride and emptiness."
