Good morning
Elon Musk's social network has over 500 million users and could become one of the main entry points for the digital economy. Musk, who was also one of the creators of PayPal, has a deep understanding of the payment industry.
With the possible creation of an integrated wallet on the platform — often referred to as X Money — users could initially make payments using traditional money (FIAT). However, at a later stage, the platform could integrate cryptocurrencies.
In this scenario, the social network would function as a bridge between the traditional internet audience and the world of Web3. Millions of people who have never had contact with cryptocurrencies could start using them directly within a social network they already use every day.
In this environment, it is natural to imagine a hierarchy of use among cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin would likely continue to be the main and most reliable asset, occupying the top of the pyramid as a store of value.
In second place, a new currency created or supported by the X platform itself could emerge, aimed at payments and internal services.
In third place, I see great potential for Dogecoin. The currency has already been widely mentioned and publicly supported by Elon Musk and has had significant moments of appreciation precisely because of this association. Being simple, cheap to send, and having a strong identity with internet culture, it could become the most used cryptocurrency within the X network in terms of transaction volume.
When I say "most used," I am not referring to the highest market value, but rather to the currency most actively traded on a daily basis by the platform's users.
