#BTC will need time to accumulate if it wants to continue to rise. This is the new scenario that Long is aiming for after the news of the Fed rescuing SVB. The market will need an accumulation period long enough to continue to increase (if all positive stuff). Timing will take about 2-3 weeks for this phase.
