According to Etherscan data, at 13:42:47 on March 13 (Eastern District Time), Binance has transferred 985 million BUSD "Industry Recovery Plan" remaining funds to the Binance trading platform.
As previously reported, Binance founder Changpeng Zhao tweeted, “In view of the changes in stablecoins and banks, Binance will convert the remainder of BUSD’s $1 billion industry recovery plan funds into native cryptocurrencies, including BTC, BNB and ETH. Some fund flows will occur on-chain."
