Dear Binance users,

Based on recent examinations, Binance will expand the surveillance label to include more tokens, and will remove the surveillance label and the funding label for certain tokens on 06/03/2026.

The tokens to be added to the surveillance label list are:

  • Contentos (COS)

  • Dego Finance (DEGO)

  • Ampleforth Governance Token (FORTH)

  • FUNToken (FUN)

  • Hooked Protocol (HOOK)

  • Loopring (LRC)

  • MOBOX (MBOX)

  • Orchid (OXT)

  • dogwifhat (WIF)

The tokens to be removed from the surveillance label list are:

  • Flow (FLOW)

The tokens to be removed from the funding label list are:

  • Ondo (ONDO)

  • Virtuals Protocol (VIRTUAL)

Tokens with a surveillance label are subject to significantly higher volatility and risk than other listed tokens. These tokens are under close monitoring, with regular reviews. Keep in mind that tokens with a surveillance label may no longer meet our listing criteria and may be delisted from the platform.

To gain access to trading of tokens marked with a surveillance label or funding label, users must pass the quiz every 90 days on the Binance Spot and/or Binance Margin platforms and accept the Terms of Use. The quizzes are designed to ensure that users are aware of the risks before trading tokens with a surveillance label or funding label. Users can find the surveillance labels and funding labels on the corresponding Binance Spot and Binance Margin trading pages, as well as on the Market Overview page. A warning banner regarding risks will also be displayed for all tokens with surveillance labels and funding labels.

Binance will conduct periodic reviews of projects and decide whether the surveillance label and funding label should be added or removed from tokens, in accordance with its latest findings. These criteria are taken into account during the review:

  • Team's commitment to the project

  • Level and quality of development activity

  • Trading volume and liquidity

  • Stability and security of the network against attacks

  • Stability of the network / smart contracts

  • Level of public communication

  • Responsiveness to our periodic due diligence requests

  • Evidence of unethical/fraudulent or negligent conduct

  • Contribution to a healthy and sustainable crypto ecosystem

Please note:

  • Other services related to the aforementioned tokens will not be affected.

  • The surveillance labels and funding labels for the aforementioned tokens will be updated shortly after the publication of this announcement.
