I discovered +5 243 USDT in the wallet from an unknown source, what should I do?
The first and foremost — DO NOT TOUCH this money until you clearly understand where it came from.
If the funds appeared suddenly, and you did not deposit or earn them — immediately write to Binance support. Unexplained money in an account is often associated with: • hacked accounts • fraudulent transfers • technical failures of the exchange
If you use or withdraw funds that do not actually belong to you, it can lead to:
→ immediate account blocking
→ permanent flag in the compliance system → transfer of data to law enforcement agencies
Even worse: if this is stolen money, and you quietly transfer it to a card or another wallet — you may be considered an accomplice to theft or money laundering. Law enforcement will not care that "you did not know." Be extremely careful.
Golden rule: do not spend, trade, or withdraw ANY unexpected / random funds, especially if the amount is over $500.
