They request to take a photo of the citizen ID, scan the face, and confirm the code via phone.
They offer a "thank you" payment of about 100 NDT (~380,000 VND).
They promise to continue collecting biometric data.
🎯 Purpose
To use personal information to open trading accounts, to receive deposit bonuses (in some cases up to 10,000 USD).
To profit from promotional policies.
⚠️ Serious risks
Leaked information may be used to:
Borrow money through unauthorized apps
Open bank accounts
Forge documents
Commit fraud
Consequences: the person whose name is used may face legal risks, lose money, and damage their reputation.
