Dear Users:

Binance Wallet has announced the launch of a trading signal feature. This new function is designed to help users discover potential trading opportunities based on on-chain trading behavior, AI-driven market sentiment, and heat analysis. This update leverages Binance's proprietary AI capabilities, which have been applied in "In-depth Understanding of the Optimized Binance UI: Smart Upgrade of the Interface" and "AI Token Report".

Through the trading signal feature, users can directly view three types of trading signals in the Binance Wallet:

  • Smart Funds (Smart Money) Signals

    • Smart Money Signals

    • KOL Smart Money Signals

  • Sentiment Signals

Users can choose to receive notifications each time a new Smart Money, KOL Smart Money, or Sentiment Signal is triggered. Combined with the signal quick purchase feature, users can instantly buy the desired token.

For detailed descriptions of the trading signal feature, users can refer to the pop-up guide on the trading page.

Smart Money Signals:

This signal is based on on-chain data, identifying tokens purchased by the best-performing blockchain addresses (known as "smart money"). When a large number of such addresses purchase the same token in a short period of time, a smart money signal is triggered.

Main features include:

  • "Smart Money" Address Monitoring: The algorithm identifies the best-performing on-chain addresses based on various factors, including historical return on investment (ROI), win rates, and profit and loss (PnL);

  • Signal Triggering: Signals are triggered based on the number of smart money addresses purchasing tokens and the amount spent in a short time;

  • Signal Aggregation: If multiple signals are triggered for the same token in a short time, they will be aggregated into one signal;

  • Signal Lifecycle: The signal lifecycle is provided for user reference based on the selling behavior of addresses buying tokens and the timeliness of the signal;

  • Token Narrative: Provides AI-generated token narratives, milestones, and other factors to further enhance user interest.

  • Mini K-Line Chart: A specialized price chart used to display price trends before and after signal triggering.

KOL Smart Money Signals:

The operation of KOL Smart Money Signals is similar to that of smart funds ("smart money") signals, with the difference being that the monitored addresses belong to some of the best-performing key opinion leaders (KOL) in the cryptocurrency Meme trading community. When a large number of KOL addresses purchase the same token in a short period of time, the system will trigger a signal.

KOL Smart Money Signals can be found under smart funds (smart money) signals. Users can view information including the names and addresses of KOLs, 30-day win rates, and profit and loss (PnL).

Sentiment Signals:

This signal is based on AI-driven sentiment and heat analysis, actively detecting social media activity on platform X. It triggers signals by analyzing data such as the number of mentions of a token on X, sentiment classification (positive, negative, or neutral), heat growth rate, heat share, and key accounts discussing the token.

Main features include:

  • Sentiment Analysis: Analyzing discussion sentiment from various tweets on platform X, including mentions by ordinary users and key opinion leaders (KOL).

  • Heat Detection: Identifying popular tokens based on real-time visibility and engagement changes on platform X, as well as the share of various tokens.

  • Discussion Overview: Each signal will provide a discussion snapshot quickly generated by AI, including discussion heat growth percentage and overall sentiment assessment (bullish, bearish, positive, negative, or neutral).
