Binance has/will start trading at 07:30 on March 11, 2023 (East 8th District time), 10:35 on March 11, 2023 (Eastern 8th District time), and 14:00 on March 11, 2023 (East 8th District time). zone time), the automatic exchange of BUSD for users’ newly deposited USDC, USDP, and TUSD will be stopped respectively, and users will no longer be able to withdraw USDC, USDP, and TUSD from their BUSD balances.
Users can manually exchange their BUSD into USDC or USDP on the Binance Flash Exchange platform at a 1:1 ratio before 14:00 on March 18, 2023 (Eastern Eighth District time). At the same time, users can manually exchange their BUSD into TUSD on the Binance Flash Exchange platform at a ratio of 1:1 until further notice. Please note that BUSD can only be manually exchanged for TUSD, USDC, and USDP in one direction.
Handling fee discounts
Binance will launch two promotions for selected spot trading pairs. Starting from 22:00 on March 11, 2023 (East Eight District time), users can enjoy transaction fee discounts for the following spot trading pairs: BNB/TUSD, BTC/TUSD, ETH/TUSD, TUSD/USDT, USDC/USDT, USDP/USDT.
Rate discount structure:
Activity 1: Zero handling fees for BTC/TUSD spot trading pairs, and zero handling fees for BNB/TUSD, ETH/TUSD spot trading pairs
Event time: 22:00 on March 11, 2023 (East Eighth District time) until further notice
During the event, the BTC/TUSD spot trading pair has zero handling fees; the BNB/TUSD and ETH/TUSD spot trading pairs have zero maker (Maker) handling fees, and the taker (Taker) handling fees will be based on the user's VIP level.
During the event, the trading volume of the BTC/TUSD spot trading pair will not be included in the trading volume statistics of the VIP level and all liquidity market provider plans.
BNB discounts, referral rebates and any other fee adjustments will not apply to the BTC/TUSD spot trading pair during the event.

Activity 2: Zero handling fee for USD stablecoin spot trading pairs
Event time: 22:00 on March 11, 2023 (East Eighth District time) until further notice
During the event, users will enjoy zero transaction fees on TUSD/USDT, USDC/USDT, USDP/USDT USD stablecoin spot trading pairs.
During the event, the trading volume of the selected USD stablecoin spot trading pairs will not be included in the trading volume statistics of the VIP level and all liquidity market dealer plans.
BNB discounts, referral rebates and any other fee adjustments will not be applicable to the selected USD stablecoin spot trading pairs during the event.

If there is any cheating behavior such as malicious volume washing, batch registration of alt accounts, self-buying and selling, mutual knock-on, etc., Binance will strictly review and remove the generated transaction volume from the statistics.
