Today marks the 50th day since the establishment of the $NIUMA community. We officially announce the formation of the DAO governance organization, which is an important step in community co-construction.
Background
NIUMA is the original IP that best represents Eastern culture and has gained recognition both within and outside the community. We were the first meme project to interact with the official OKX account, which serves as encouragement for the community and allows more people to see NIUMA's potential.
NIUMA aims to promote Eastern culture, consolidate positive community consensus, and build the XLayer ecosystem, because NIUMA only calls for OK.
The project is still in its early stages. To maintain the independence and purity of token value, we will not support development through the monetization of the token treasury.
Therefore, core members voluntarily contribute funds to establish an on-chain governance organization to promote community growth in a safe and transparent manner.
DAO Responsibilities
• Jointly manage the XLayer mainnet multi-signature wallet
• Discuss and vote to determine the important directions and resource allocation for the project
• Promote various constructions that integrate Web2 and Web3
Initial Funding
DAO members contribute an equal amount of stablecoins, with all funds deposited into the multi-signature wallet for community construction, promotion, and project development.
