can binance actually do that, like lock a person out of their own account and refuse to assist?

Binance Misjudgement
It’s been nearly a year since Binance locked my account without explanation. I invested the money for my sister’s cancer treatment and submitted all bank documents and evidence, but they refused to investigate. Instead, they demanded 30k USDT to unlock it. I have no option left but to seek help from God.
