crypto action plan for today

I notice a marked rebound in the price of gold today — the dollar is retreating and investors are seeking safe havens, which strengthens the bullish movement in precious metals.

I see Bitcoin ETF flows that remain volatile: some days record significant inflows into products (e.g. IBIT) while other sessions show net outflows and profit-taking — this means to me that institutional action is reallocating, not necessarily that it is exiting definitively.

The memecoin wave continues to fuel the buzz: several community tokens are recording rapid gains, creating pockets of volatility that can offer quick but very risky trades. I observe these movements without promoting them for free — I note, analyze, and only engage if the risk/reward ratio is clear.

The appointment and discussions around the Fed's leadership change the market's mindset: the prospect of a pivot or different policy directly influences real rates, the dollar, and thus the appetite for risk. For me, this remains a key element to follow daily.

Immediate action plan (what I am doing now):

1. I reduce or avoid leverage as long as macro volatility remains high;

2. I tighten my stops on open positions to protect capital;

3. I follow ETF flows and (daily) volumes to detect a structural change before increasing spot exposure;

4. For memecoins, I document everything and only allocate a minimal and speculative percentage if I intervene (e.g., 0.5–1% of crypto capital);
