Eligible users must download the Binance app and log in to be eligible to claim rewards.
These terms and conditions ("Activity Terms") govern your participation in this exclusive referral game activity in MENA ("Activity"). By participating in this activity, users agree to these terms and conditions and the following additional terms: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Promotional Offers; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Policy; all of which are incorporated by reference in these terms and conditions.
In case of any conflict or contradiction between these terms and conditions and any other incorporated terms, these terms and conditions prevail, followed in order by: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Promotional Offers; (b) Binance Terms of Use; (c) Binance Privacy Policy.

Exclusive Referral Game Rewards Box Promotion in MENA:
A successful referral is a new user who registers on Binance through the referrer’s time-limited referral link, completes identity verification (KYC), and completes the trading task during the promotional period.
For each successful referral, the referrer can open a rewards box containing between $3 to $20 USDT, and the referred can open a rewards box containing between $2 to $10 USDT, and these prizes are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Each user can open a maximum of 20 rewards boxes.
Rewards are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. If the USDT prize pool runs out, referrers and their successful referrals will no longer be eligible for any rewards.
Users must open the rewards box within seven days after the promotional offer ends. After that, the token voucher rewards will be distributed to users' rewards center within 48 hours. Learn how to redeem the voucher.
Each new user can be referred to Binance through only one referral. If a new user registers for a Binance account through the referral link/ID of the time-limited activity of this promotional offer, the referrer will not be eligible to receive any commission-based rewards from the Referral Pro placement or a $100 trading fee discount voucher from the regular Referral placement.
Sub-accounts cannot participate in this promotional offer. Spot or Convert trades made using a sub-account will not count towards the trading task requirements.
Binance will use real-time foreign exchange rates of the local currency against the US dollar to calculate the trading pair price of USDT at the time of trading, to determine the value of completed cryptocurrency trades during the promotional period. If there is no USDT pair for a particular cryptocurrency, it will be converted to another token or currency with a USDT pair to establish its value.
Binance reserves the right to exclude any participants who manipulate the Binance program code or interfere with the operation of the Binance program code with other programs.
Binance reserves the right to exclude and cancel rewards for participants engaging in dishonest or abusive activities during the promotional offer, including but not limited to: registering from the same IP address or device, registering accounts in bulk to receive additional rewards, creating duplicate registrations with the same identity after account deletion, and any other activity related to illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
At Binance's sole discretion, user participation will be considered without effect and users will be automatically excluded and disqualified from accumulating benefits in cases where the following is determined:
Any violations of Binance's terms of use and compliance policies, as well as attempts or evidence of fraud, whether human and/or through the use of technology.
Manipulation of results or failure to meet the requirements and stipulations set forth in these terms and conditions.
The user provides incorrect or outdated or false information, or is filled with untrue information, and may also be liable for an ideological or documentary forgery offense.
Registrations and submissions that have used any technological means or show indications of such use, whether electronic, computational, digital, robotic, repetitive, automated, mechanical and/or similar, with the intent of automatic and/or repeated reproduction of registrations, whether identical or not, will also nullify all registrations and submissions made by the user who used any of the aforementioned means or for any of the aforementioned purposes, even if not all registrations or submissions resulted from the use of these means and/or were executed for that purpose.
