VIX Index (Volatility Index)
It is an index that measures the level of fear or greed among investors. The higher it rises on the chart, the more it reflects and indicates an increase in fear and expected volatility in the market.
It has an inverse relationship with the markets; the higher it rises, the more the market contracts and currency prices drop, and vice versa.
A level below 20 indicates a stable market.
A level above 30 indicates an increase in fear and expected volatility.
This is an overview of the index.
As we can see on the chart, the index is low, below 20, currently at 16, indicating market stability.
However, there is clearly a gap at the level of 19-21, and thus, when it closes, we will face a market decline or a continuation of the drop at the strongest support level at 12.30.
The more support we have, the more you benefit.
