1. Gabriella M. Kusz, CEO of Global DCA

The Global Digital Asset & Cryptocurrency Association (Global DCA) is a self-regulating association for the digital asset and cryptocurrency industry. It was established to guide the development of digital assets, cryptocurrencies and underlying blockchain technology within a regulatory framework. Gabriella M. Lisa founded this company and currently runs it as CEO. Previously, he led engineering, marketing and international expansion at different companies including ShapeShift, Apple, Oracle, Intuit and PayPal. Lisa is also a FinTech influencer and a speaker on blockchain practical applications and new trends in cryptocurrency. 3. Tavonia Evans, Founder of GuapCoin

Guapcoin is a cryptocurrency created to amplify the economic voice of the Black Community. Tavonia Evans is the founder and creator of Guapcoin. Tavonia entered the blockchain world in 2016 after seeing crypto as a tool that could boost economic growth and financial independence among the Black Community. She is one of the first black women in the Black Community to be recognized as the founder and chief engineer in creating a currency for such purpose. With over 20 years of experience in technology, she has declared herself a "mother entrepreneur". He is also the co-founder of Safe2meet, a peer-to-peer reputation platform.

4. Leanne Holder, CEO of Giving to Services

Giving To Services combines crypto with philanthropy. It offers a one-of-a-kind cryptocurrency and staking platform designed to give back to public service professionals. Its purpose is to recognize and reward civil service workers with financial support. After two years as the firm's Head of Partnerships, Leanne became CEO of Giving to Services. Leanne Holder is one of the crypto industry's few female CEOs and leads an all-male team. At 29, he is one of the youngest crypto CEOs in the world, if not the youngest.

Elizabeth is the co-founder and CEO of Lightning Labs. Blockchain entrepreneur, educator, and supporter of the open internet. He is a member of the leading digital currency policy organization Coin Center and is a consultant at Chia (XCH), a company that is creating a new blockchain protocol based on proof of space and time. As Nigeria's first female blockchain engineer, she founded this Web3 community to focus on growing the next generation of female disruptors in the Web3 ecosystem from Africa by educating them in blockchain skills.
