I have just projected a possible slight pullback before a new bullish impulse, and so far, everything fits technically with that scenario.
๐ The price is trying to recover the 200 EMA, which has been dynamic resistance lately. After the bounce from $780, we are currently around $795, showing intention to consolidate above the 21 EMA.
๐ The stochastic RSI is at high levels (~88), indicating to me that the current movement still has strength, but also that there could be a slight pullback before continuing to rise (as has already happened in previous cycles).
โ My projection is as follows:
Slight pullback towards the $790โ$785 zone.
Bounce from that zone.
Breakout of the 200 EMA with strength and possible advance towards $820.
๐จ If the price loses $780, I would discard this idea and consider waiting for a new support zone at $765.
๐ฏ In summary: I am expecting a healthy technical pullback before a bullish continuation. It all depends on how the price behaves in the $785โ$800 zone.
