Discover the latest and greatest product developments across the Binance ecosystem.

In today's edition of Binance Build, we'll cover upgrading our proof-of-reserves system, a new tool in the form of Self-Trading Prevention, the first product feedback board, and the introduction of Binance Tax to users based in France.
We've also made several updates that impact some of the most popular products in our ecosystem, including Auto Invest, spot trading, Trust Wallet, and Futures.
Highlight
Introducing zk-SNARK
We recently upgraded our Merkle tree proof-of-reserves system as part of our commitment to building a trusted and transparent crypto ecosystem. The new addition, known as zk-SNARK, is a zero-knowledge proof protocol that provides a new and better way for Binance users to verify our reserves — enhancing privacy and security.
This is our first time implementing zk-SNARK and we look forward to receiving feedback from the community so we can continue to improve the system.

Self-Trading Prevention (STP)
Spot trading API users can now set a safety net against self-trading, a practice that is strictly prohibited on the Binance platform if used intentionally. The STP function allows users to set their own parameters by choosing whether they want their maker or taker orders to expire in the event of a potential self-trading.

Binance Tax
Our newly created and free to use tax tool allows users to estimate their tax liability for up to 100,000 Binance transactions.
At the time of writing, Binance Tax is only available to users based in France and supports every Binance transaction type except Futures and NFTs. We are working hard to implement support for more regions, in addition to other networks and wallets outside of Binance. In the meantime, you can visit the Binance Tax page to learn how our tool works.

New notification for Auto Invest. Get in-app notifications for three additional scenarios: failed transactions, lack of funds for successful transactions, and start of rebalancing.
Adjust trades simultaneously. Make changes to your open spot limit orders instead of having to cancel the order and create a new one. This is a small change that provides more efficiency to your trading.
Futures Short Mode. Switch to [Compact Mode] to see additional open positions on your screen. To return to the traditional metrics-focused Futures interface, you can select [Detailed Mode] in your preferences.
Footer symbol preview. The bottom of the Futures page now displays a preview of the symbols and their prices. You can organize your display according to the most popular symbols or your Favorites list.
Edit your order on the chart. Spot and margin traders on the Web can now modify their limit orders by dragging and clicking flags on their Kline charts. This feature is available on native Kline charts and TradingView.
Trust Wallet
Binance P2P integration. Buy crypto on the Trust Wallet app using Binance P2P, a peer-to-peer crypto marketplace that supports over 700 payment methods and 100 fiat currencies. Note that this feature requires a verified Binance account.
