🔒 What's new?
The law No. 05-01 regarding the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism has been amended, and “Article 6 bis” has been added which:
Completely prohibits any form of dealing—buying, selling, possessing, using, mining, promoting, operating platforms or digital wallets.
Cryptocurrencies are considered assets or properties or funds, and dealing with them as a means of payment or investment is prohibited
⚖️ Penalties according to “Article 31 bis”:
Imprisonment from two months to one year
Financial fine from 200,0
