PANews reported on March 6 that according to comments from community member lavande, a new version (V2) of the upgrade proposal for the Ethereum second-layer solution Optimism mainnet Bedrock will be released during the review period of the 11th cycle. The review period of the 11th cycle is from March 2 to March 22, and the voting period is from March 23 to April 5. It is reported that Bedrock is a new generation of decentralized Rollup infrastructure developed by OP Labs, which aims to provide modularity, simplicity and Ethereum equivalence for the Layer2 network.
Earlier on February 17, it was reported that the Optimism community’s vote on the mainnet Bedrock upgrade was postponed to March 2.
