The latest analysis of Google searches by Leverage Trading shows that Nigeria has ranked second in the world for searches for “cryptocurrency leverage” over the past five years. In addition, Nigeria, South Africa and Ghana dominate Google searches for the term “trade cryptocurrency.”

Commenting on the findings, a Leverage Trading spokesperson said that as financial firms increasingly target individuals in poorer countries, regulators and consumer protection agencies must “provide greater safeguards against predatory practices.” (Bitcoin.com)
