Binance Alpha enters a new wave of competition, the likelihood of resignations is coming back for two reasons:

1⃣ The points threshold has been lowered: 140 points to grab leftovers

2⃣ Pre-check can be conducted 15 minutes before the purchasing phase starts; if passed, facial recognition can be waived within 30 minutes.

3️⃣ Those who couldn't get in the first round can eat two in the second round tomorrow with over 140 points. Currently, it looks like it could be around 100u.
