This month April 2025 was one of the hardest since I started this journey. Profits completely vanished due to what, in my opinion, was blatant manipulation with $ALPACA, right after its delisting announcement on Binance.
📉 What happened with $ALPACA was an unprecedented event. When Binance announced its delisting, my bot opened a short of $500 USDT (when it normally does not exceed $60!). What seemed like a logical entry turned out to be a perfectly orchestrated trap. The price skyrocketed over 5700% in the following days, with hourly funding costs reaching up to 4% 🤯. It was literally impossible to maintain a short without losing every hour.
I tried to reduce the impact by closing and opening shorts at intervals before the funding charge, but when one sleeps... the market does not.
As if that weren't enough, some of those trades were made from my copy trading account, directly affecting those who follow me. If you've been copying me for months, your loss was slight, just -3.72%. But if you started recently, I understand that seeing -18% must be frustrating, and I sincerely apologize for that. It is not something that could have been foreseen or avoided. From now on, all tokens in the delisting process will be excluded from my strategy.
That said, I will now show you the monthly balance:
📌 Final balance of April:
❌ Binance Futures: -$705.23 (all thanks to the manipulation of $ALPACA. Without that, this month would have been green)
✅ Binance Cross Margin: +$93.56
✅ Binance Isolated Margin: +$6.47
✅ Binance Spot: +$1.66
❌ Copy Trader Binance: -$55.03 (the impact was greater on new accounts that copied me right at that bad moment)
✅ Binance Total: -$658.57 😞
✅ Gate: +$502.36 (Gate saved the month... again. Despite the overall loss, good opportunities arose here in isolated margin and futures with little capital)
📈 Total April: - $658.57 (Binance) + $502.36 (Gate) = -$156.21
🚫 This was my first monthly loss in April on Binance, but fortunately Gate once again showed its strength and partially compensated the blow.
💰 Accumulated capital: $9,142.57
📊 We lost -1.68% in April, and we accumulated +13.37% so far this year.
⚠️ From now on, any token that is in the delisting process will be excluded from my copy trading strategy, without exception. It doesn't matter if it seems like an easy entry: we have seen that manipulation can change everything. I prefer to avoid another event like this, where neither logic nor experience matter against a well-crafted scam.
🙏 I thank everyone who follows the project, and especially those who understand that these kinds of months can happen. I always seek transparency, risk control, and sustained profitability, not “shots” of luck. This was not a catastrophe, but a great lesson.
🎁 This month there will be no raffle, as there was not enough net profit, but if next month, as long as the loss of $156.21 is recovered first.
I have also noticed huge manipulation in shorts and longs. Projects that crumble by -50% in a single day, out of nowhere, and others that rise up to +800% in a matter of days, without any real reason. We are very likely witnessing a large manipulation orchestrated by a group of whales.
It is almost impossible not to be affected, but the point of trading is not to avoid all losses, but rather that your loss is smaller than your gain.
📊 If you end the year in positive, even if it's with just +100 USDT, that is real profit.
❌ But if you end the year with -2000 USDT, and the next month you earn +2000 USDT, that is not a real profit: you just recovered what you lost. Your real profit starts from the next dollar, if you don't lose it again.
