Arb will rebound here with high probablity. Simply because it's undervalued compared to ETH.
The trend is literally copying itself from half a year ago. This might go to $0.34 and then fall to 0.30 again. At some point it might drop to $0.27 from where it could shoot upwards assuming ETH will go towards $4000 by then, whatever comes first. But I wouldn't sell at any point especially if arb was bought at under $0.30.
