On May 7, PANews reported that Crypto.com is establishing a new office in the U.S. capital, expanding its business in the United States. The Singapore-based exchange is setting up a branch in Washington, D.C., near the White House, at a time when it is seeking to influence U.S. cryptocurrency policy by increasing its lobbying efforts in Congress. This expansion follows Crypto.com's establishment of its North American headquarters in Texas last October.
Matt David, President of North America and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at Crypto.com, stated: "The U.S. market is at the core of Crypto.com's growth strategy and represents the most exciting opportunity for our entire industry. Under the current government's leadership, the regulatory environment is becoming increasingly mature, and expanding our business and talent pool in the nation's capital will help us work together to advance our business and industry development responsibly."
Previously, it was reported that Trump Media & Technology Group, Crypto.com, and Yorkville America Digital finalized an ETF issuance agreement.
