Asset management giant BlackRock’s Metaverse exchange-traded fund iShares Future Metaverse Tech and Communications ETF (IVRS) has been listed on the New York Stock Exchange NYSE Arca with a fee rate of 0.47%. BlackRock announced its plan to launch the Metaverse ETF in September last year. According to the prospectus, IVRS will track the index of companies related to the Metaverse business, covering games, virtual platforms, digital assets and other fields. Currently, IVRS has 39 stocks in its list. The largest holdings in the portfolio are Meta Platforms Inc. (6.15%), Apple Inc. (5.7%), Nvidia Corp. (5.5%), Roblox (5.2%), NetEase (5.1%), Tencent (4.9%) and Unity Software (4.6%). (ETF Strategy)
