Hey guys, is $BTC supposed to control the currency
I mean, in the drop, currencies drop, and in the rise, they rise with it

So why in the rise do they rise slowly, not completing a few cents, and in the drop, they move smoothly with $BTC

I need an inquiry from the experts

Is it controlling the currencies in the drop only?
