Odaily Planet Daily News: Representatives of Voyager's unsecured creditors have requested documents from former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) and some executives of FTX and Alameda Research, and asked SBF to testify remotely next week. According to a document from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on February 18, SBF received a "subpoena to testify in the bankruptcy case." The official committee of Voyager's unsecured creditors issued a subpoena to it and stated that SBF must attend the "remote testimony" on February 23. SBF needs to provide all requested "documents and communications" by February 20. According to court documents on February 6, Voyager lawyers issued subpoenas to SBF, Alameda CEO Caroline Ellison, FTX co-founder Gary Wang, and FTX product director Ramnic Arora, requiring them to provide relevant information by February 17. In addition, Voyager Digital also subpoenaed Caroline Ellison, former CEO of Alameda Research, Gary Wang, co-founder of FTX, and Ramnik Arora, former head of product and investor relations at FTX. Voyager's attorney also requested all documents related to the fraud case being handled by the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. SEC, the confession documents of Caroline Ellison and Gary Wang, and documents related to FTX's new CEO John J. Ray III and his statements. The lawyer also requested any text messages, Slack messages, Telegram and Signal messages exchanged between these people, as well as SBF's communication records on Twitter with Binance founder CZ on July 24, 2022.
