In honor of Valentine's Day, Binance is offering discounts on fiat transaction fees! Users who are invited to participate in the promotion and complete a fiat transaction under the terms of the promotion will receive a $2 coupon, in addition to a discount on the transaction fee.
Promotion A: Receive a fee discount on your first fiat transaction during the promotion period
Eligible users who click on the "Participate" button on the promotion page will receive a discount on the fee for their first fiat transaction during the promotion period. This applies to both new and existing users who have already made fiat transactions before the promotion began.
Users can make fiat transactions in one of the following ways:
Enter > Buying cryptocurrency with fiat balance
Buy Crypto > Credit/Debit Card (including Apple Pay/Google Pay purchases)
Withdraw fiat (Mastercard support)
The discount amount will be equal to the fee for the first fiat transaction, up to a maximum of 5 BUSD for each qualifying fiat transaction.
Promotion B: Invite your loved ones to participate in Promotion A and they will receive a $2 coupon as a gift
Submit your loved ones' Binance user ID through this form, and send them a link to participate in Promotion A. Each invitee who clicks the "Participate" button on the promotion page will be able to take advantage of a discount on the transaction fee according to the terms of Promotion A, as well as receive a $2 coupon after completing a qualifying fiat transaction.

Terms and conditions:
All users must complete account verification and click the "Participate" button on the promotion page during the promotion period to qualify for the promotion.
The discount may appear with a delay of up to 1-2 minutes.
Make sure your Binance app is updated to iOS 2.57.0 or Android 2.57.0 or higher.
Promotion A: Users who clicked on the Participate button but did not receive a discount on their first fiat transaction will receive a coupon for BUSD, equivalent to the commission for the first fiat transaction, but not more than 5 BUSD. The BUSD coupon will be sent within seven business days after the promotion ends. Users will be able to receive their token coupons in the profile menu > Reward Center.
Promotion B: 2 BUSD coupons for users you invite will be sent within seven business days after the end of the promotion. Users will be able to claim their coupons from their profile menu > Reward Center.

Any fiat deposit or withdrawal with zero fees will not be considered your first transaction.
To calculate the transaction fee discount, Binance will use the local currency exchange rate to the US dollar as of 02/13/2023 15:00 (UTC).
All Binance P2P deposits and currency purchases using existing fiat balances in fiat and spot wallets do not count as qualifying transactions.
During the final calculation, the trading volume of the sub-accounts will be combined with the standard trading volume of the main account. Sub-accounts will not be treated as separate accounts for this promotion.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify trades if it detects wash trading, illegal mass account registrations, indications of merchant self-dealing, or market manipulation.
Binance reserves the right at any time, in its sole discretion, to establish and/or change the Terms and Conditions of this promotion without prior notice, including but not limited to the cancellation, extension, termination or suspension of this promotion, the terms and conditions for participation, the eligibility requirements and the number of winners, and timing of any actions. All participants will be required to comply with all changes.
