Web2 refers to the version of the internet as we know it. An internet controlled by internet companies that provide services in exchange for personal data. Web3 refers to decentralized applications that run on the blockchain. Any user can participate in these applications on Ethereum, and personal data is relatively safer.

Web1.0: Network-People

Web2.0: People-to-People

Web3.0: People-Network-People

The web1.0 network is an information provider, with one-way provision and single understanding; the web2.0 network is a platform, where users provide information and other users obtain information through the network; the web3.0 network becomes an understander and provider of user needs. The network knows the users well, knows what they have, what they want, and their behavioral habits, and screens resources, intelligently matches, and directly gives users answers.

Today I have compiled some practical projects that have evolved from Web2.0 to today’s Web3.0.
