Dear Users:

Binance highly values the valuable opinions of the community and has always stood alongside the community; Binance's development and success cannot be separated from the support of the community. Recently, we launched two community governance mechanisms for token listing: voting for listing and voting for delisting, to enhance the management of spot listings and empower community users with more rights to participate in decision-making.

We now invite users to participate through the official Binance Square post (this page will go live within 1 hour after the announcement is published) and vote on the projects for the second round of token listing.

For the criteria to determine the token listing pool, please refer to the first round of voting for token listings.

This round of voting for token listing will be open for the following projects, and we will select tokens for listing on Binance spot after completing official due diligence and procedures.

* Please note: All projects listed for voting have been showcased on Binance Alpha (except for some new blockchains not supported by Alpha). The voting mechanism will not change the existing due diligence process for listing tokens on Binance, which is mandatory for all tokens listed on Binance Alpha. Binance will continuously monitor the performance and quality of assets on Binance Alpha.

Additionally, we will prioritize the following in the final assessment:

• Trading demand, especially the trading volume in Binance futures market and Binance Alpha

• Community voting activity results (natural votes after excluding spam activities; details below)

• Historical token performance

• Fundamental analysis

• Compliance checks

• Risk assessment

How to vote:

• The voting period will start within one hour after this announcement is published, from April 2, 2025, 21:30 to April 10, 2025, 07:59 (UTC+8) (the 'Voting Period').

• Users must log into their verified Binance account and hold at least 0.01 BNB in their main account during the voting period for their vote to be eligible.

• Each user can vote for up to 5 projects, and they can choose not to use all 5 votes.

• Each verified account can only allocate one vote to one project.

• All votes must comply with the voting listing terms and conditions ('Terms and Conditions'). Ineligible votes and votes that violate the Terms and Conditions will be eliminated at the end of the voting period. We will announce the final valid vote count after the voting period ends.

• Only votes cast under the official Binance Square post will be considered and counted.

• Results will be updated in real-time on Binance Square's official channel, but these results are not final.

• The voting results will not directly determine whether the final token will be listed on the spot; the decision to list will depend on comprehensive due diligence. Furthermore, the timing of the listing will depend on Binance's listing procedures.

• Tokens not selected for this round of spot listing will still have the opportunity to participate in future voting token pools, depending on their long-term performance and quality.

Disclaimer: While we value and will consider the voting results, the results are for reference only and do not dictate any decisions or actions Binance may or may not take. The monitoring of the project is still under evaluation, and Binance will make decisions based on our official review process and standards.

Voting listing terms and conditions:

• Voting for token listing may not be supported in your region.

• Eligibility to participate in the event is determined based on the user's country or region.

• Accounts or sub-accounts registered in bulk illegally are not eligible to participate and will be removed after the voting ends. If an account is involved in any violations of the terms, Binance reserves the right to cancel the user's eligibility to participate in the event.

• Binance reserves the right to unilaterally decide and/or modify or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extending, terminating, or suspending this event, eligibility criteria and standards, selections, and any timing of actions. All participants shall be bound by these revisions.

• Binance reserves the right to disqualify participants who tamper with Binance's program code or use other software to interfere with the operation of Binance's program code.

• Binance reserves the final interpretation rights of this announcement and the activities described herein.
