Binance values community input and recognizes it as a key driving force in the course of our development. We recently introduced two community co-governance listing mechanisms, Vote to List and Vote to Delist, as part of our efforts to enhance our spot listing governance and give the community a greater voice. 

We now invite users to participate and vote on the 2nd batch of Vote to List projects under the official post (the page will be available within 1 hour after this announcement) on Binance Square Official. 

Users can check the factors to determine the Vote to List pool in the First Batch Vote to List Campaign.

We are now opening Vote to List for the following projects, from which tokens will be selected for spot listing on Binance after completing our official due diligence and procedures.

* Please note that all projects included in Vote to List above are featured on Binance Alpha already (except some new blockchains not supported by Alpha). The introduction of Vote to List does not change the existing due diligence review process, which is mandatory for all tokens featured on Binance Alpha to get listed on Binance Spot. Binance continuously monitors the performance and quality of assets on Binance Alpha.

Additionally, we will prioritize the following during our final assessment:

• ​Trading demand, especially showcased by trading volume on Binance Futures market and on Binance Alpha

• Community voting campaign results (organic votes after excluding spam activities; details below)

• ​Historical token performance

• Fundamental analysis

• Compliance check

• Risk assessment

How to Vote:

• The voting period will begin within 1 hour of publishing this announcement from 2025-04-02 13:30 (UTC) to 2025-04-09 23:59 (UTC) (the “Voting Period”).

• Users must be logged in to their verified Binance accounts and hold a minimum of at least 0.01 BNB in their master accounts throughout the Voting Period for their votes to be eligible.

• Each user can vote for up to 5 projects, with the option to vote for fewer if desired.

• Each verified account can only allocate one vote for one project.

• All votes should comply with the Vote to List Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Condition”). Non-eligible votes and votes that violated the Terms and Conditions will be eliminated at the end of the Voting Period. We will announce the final valid voting numbers after the Voting Period ends.

• Only votes cast under the official post on Binance Square Official will be considered and counted.

• Results will be updated in real-time on the Binance Square Official channel. However, these results are not final. 

• The voting result will not determine the final spot listing decision, which is subject to comprehensive due diligence. Additionally, the listing timeline will depend on Binance's listing procedures.

• Tokens that were not selected for spot listing this round may still have the opportunity to participate in future Vote to List pools, depending on their continuous performance and quality.

Disclaimer: While we value and will take into consideration the vote results, they are for reference only and do not determine any decision or action Binance may or may not take. Monitoring of the project is still undergoing evaluation, and the decision will be determined by Binance based on our official review processes and standards.

Vote to List Terms and Conditions:

• Vote to List may not be available in your region. 

• Participation is subject to eligibility based on the user's country or region of residence.

• Illegally bulk-registered accounts or sub-accounts are not eligible to participate and will be removed at the end of the vote. Binance reserves the right to cancel a user’s eligibility in this activity if the account is involved in any behavior that breaches the terms.

• Binance reserves the right, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, to determine and/or amend or vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating, or suspending this activity, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection, and the timing of any act to be done. All participants shall be bound by these amendments.

• Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants who tamper with Binance program code or interfere with the operation of Binance program code with other software.

• Binance reserves the right of final interpretation of this announcement and the activities described in this announcement.
