This is a general announcement; the products and services mentioned here may not be applicable to your region.

Dear users:

Binance values the many valuable opinions from the community. We have always stood alongside the community, and Binance's development and success rely on the support of the community. Recently, we launched two community co-governance mechanisms for listing: voting for listing and voting for delisting to enhance listing management and empower community users with more decision-making rights.

Current delisting mechanism:

We regularly review each listed digital asset to ensure it continues to meet high standards and industry requirements. When a coin or token no longer meets these standards or the industry environment changes, Binance will conduct a more in-depth review and may apply observation tags to indicate that it may be delisted.

New voting delisting mechanism:

Looking ahead, Binance will introduce a new community-driven delisting mechanism. We now invite users to participate and vote to choose the first batch of projects for delisting under the official Binance Square post (the post will be live within 30 minutes after this announcement). Users can vote for projects they wish to delist from the observation area. The community will play a larger role, but please note that the voting results will not be the only factor determining the final delisting; the final decision will depend on the official review process.

Please note: When Binance conducts delisting reviews, we will consider the following factors:

  • Team commitment to the project

  • Standards and quality during project progress

  • Trading volume and liquidity

  • Stability and security of the network to prevent attacks

  • Level of public communication, community engagement, and transparency from the project team

  • Proactivity in response to Binance's regular reviews

  • Unethical/fraudulent activities

  • New regulatory requirements

  • Significant or unreasonable increases in token supply or changes to token economics

  • Impact of changes in project ownership structure or core team members

  • Community sentiment

We encourage users to also consider the above factors before voting.

How to vote:

The voting period will begin within 30 minutes after the release of this announcement and will last for 7 days.

Voting period: March 21, 2025, 14:30 to March 28, 2025, 07:59 (UTC+8) ("Voting Period").

  • Users must log in to their Binance account, which has been verified, to vote, and must hold at least 0.01 BNB in their trading account throughout the voting period for their vote to be valid;

  • Each user can vote for a maximum of 5 projects in the voting delisting pool during the voting period;

  • Each verified account can only assign one vote to one project;

  • Please vote through this Binance Square post.

Notes:

  • Projects that have already been announced for delisting will not be included in the vote.

  • The results of this vote are for reference only, and whether a project is delisted will be evaluated and decided based on the official delisting review process and standards;

  • All votes must comply with the terms and conditions of the voting delisting activity. Invalid votes and votes that violate the terms and conditions will be canceled at the end of the voting period;

  • Only votes from activities on the official Binance Square account post will be referenced and counted;

  • Voting results will be updated in real-time on the official Binance Square account. This result does not represent the final valid vote count. At the end of the event, we will announce the final valid vote count after removing ineligible votes or votes from users in inapplicable regions and votes that violate the terms and conditions.

Disclaimer: While we value and will consider the voting results, the voting results are for reference only and do not determine any decisions or actions that Binance may or may not take. The monitoring of the project is still under evaluation, and Binance will make decisions based on our official review process and standards.
