Sharing a little after a stormy month
Hello everyone, I don't know if you guys are okay last month, when BTC crashed hard, dragging many Altcoins to the bottom after many months. I'm still fine because I just closed a long ETH order after a series of DCA orders. I started entering ETH at 2200, DCA pulled the average price down to 1995 and closed at 2015.
For nearly a month, I haven't posted anything but quietly observed, because I also suffered a huge loss, luckily I still got back to shore. I see a lot of you guys here complaining about burning your accounts, looking at your screenshots, all leverage is x10, x15 pulling max volume, many guys even went all vol to the point of not knowing DCA. Looking at the history, there are brothers who just a few days ago boasted of a profit of several hundred dollars, but the next day cried because their accounts were burned, and while they were burned, they also had more than 1000 U, proving that they used very high leverage compared to their actual capital. I'm telling you straight that playing like that is gambling, not investing anymore, and gambling will sooner or later end up leaving your shoes on the bridge.
Last month, I posted an article about the stop loss technique, many brothers scorned the profit/loss as "a few dozen dollars like this, why share it?",... I would like to say that I was like you, I used to earn several hundred to thousands of dollars every week and then burned my account and lost everything.
From that, I concluded that: this market cannot make you rich quickly. As Warren Buffet once said: "an investment yield of 30% is already a great return", so I set a goal of at least 1% profit on my account each month ~ 12.6%/year, and for nearly a year now I have continuously achieved that goal.
