Binance highly values the valuable opinions of the community, and we have always worked alongside the community; Binance's development and success depend on the support of the community. Recently, we introduced two community co-governance listing mechanisms: voting listing and voting delisting, to enhance the management of spot listings and empower community users with more decision-making rights.

We now invite users to participate through the official post on Binance Square (this page will be online within 30 minutes of the announcement) and vote on the first batch of voting listing projects. The first batch of voting listing pool only includes BNB smart chain tokens in Binance Alpha. Future voting rounds will expand to all tokens in Binance Alpha.

We will consider multiple factors to determine the voting listing pool.

Project fundamentals and performance metrics:

  • Applications, infrastructure projects, and other non-meme projects:

    • Real use cases: Established real user bases or verified application data

    • Business model: Viable business models with clear growth paths and profit prospects

    • Industry relevance: Related to popular crypto themes and emerging narratives

  • Meme tokens with strong community foundation and cultural resonance

Tokenomics:

  • Token distribution: Number of holders, concentration of holdings among insiders, market makers, or developers

  • Token unlocking period: Token unlock arrangements and progress

Secondary market performance:

  • Trading volume, liquidity depth, and historical price volatility

  • Fully diluted valuation (FDV) and market capitalization (MCap)

Technical risk assessment:

  • Are there potential risks associated with the tokens and related contracts?

  • Code quality, innovation potential, system complexity, centralization risk, external audit history, third-party dependencies, and previous security incidents

Team background and compliance review:

  • Assess the background and historical performance of the team and relevant personnel

  • Review regulatory compliance risks

This round of voting for listing tokens will be open for the following projects, and we will select two tokens to be listed on Binance spot after completing official due diligence and procedures.

* Please note: All projects for voting listing have been displayed on Binance Alpha. The voting listing mechanism will not change the existing Binance listing due diligence review process, which is mandatory for all tokens listed on Binance Alpha. Binance will continue to monitor the performance and quality of assets on Binance Alpha.

How to vote:

  • The voting period will begin within 30 minutes of this announcement and will last for 7 days, from March 20, 2025, 01:00 (UTC+8) to March 27, 2025, 00:59 (UTC+8) (the 'Voting Period').

  • Users must log in to their verified Binance account and hold at least 0.01 BNB in their main account during the voting period for their votes to be eligible.

  • Each user can vote for a maximum of 5 projects and may choose not to use all 5 votes.

  • Each verified account can only allocate one vote to one project.

  • All votes must comply with the terms and conditions of the voting listing ('Terms and Conditions'). Ineligible votes and votes that violate the terms and conditions will be eliminated at the end of the voting period. We will announce the final valid vote count after the voting period ends.

  • Only votes cast under the official Binance Square post will be considered and counted.

  • Results will be updated in real-time on the official Binance Square channel, but these results are not final.

  • The voting results will not directly determine whether a token will be listed on the spot; the listing decision depends on comprehensive due diligence. Additionally, the timing of the spot listing will depend on Binance's listing procedures.

  • Tokens not selected for this round of spot listing will still have the opportunity to participate in future voting listing pools, depending on their long-term performance and quality.

Voting listing terms and conditions:

  • Your region may not support voting listing.

  • Participation eligibility will be determined based on the user's country or region.

  • Accounts or sub-accounts registered in illegal bulk are not eligible to participate and will be removed after the voting ends. If an account is involved in any violations of the terms, Binance reserves the right to disqualify the user from participating in the event.

  • Binance reserves the right to unilaterally determine and/or modify or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating, or suspending this event, qualification terms and standards, timing of selections, and any actions. All participants shall be bound by these revisions.

  • Binance reserves the right to disqualify participants who tamper with Binance program code or use other software to interfere with the operation of Binance program code.

  • Binance reserves the final interpretation right of this announcement and the activities described herein.
