SpaceX founder Elon Musk announced the DOGE-1 satellite launch project in 2021. As a collaboration between Intuitive Machines and NASA, the 'DOGE-1' is developed by Geometric Energy Corporation, funded by Dogecoin, and launched using the SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket. The micro-screen on the DOGE-1 satellite will display advertisements, images, and logos, which will then be broadcast to Earth. DOGE-1 is the first satellite launch project fully paid for with Dogecoin.
