🚀 Despite unfavorable economic conditions, institutional adoption of cryptocurrencies continues to increase! According to a Coinbase survey, 64% of institutional investors who have invested in crypto plan to increase their allocation in the next 3 years. Nobody plans to reduce allocations, you know! 😄
- In the last 12 months, 33% of respondents increased their crypto allocation, 17% reduced it, and 50% did not change.
- 45% of institutions that have not yet invested in crypto are likely to try in the next 3 years.
They are also optimistic about blockchain technology:
- 73% see blockchain as a faster and more secure payment method than traditional banking systems.
- 66% believe blockchain will replace conventional trade settlement systems.
However, 76% of respondents said the absence of clear crypto regulations in the US hinders the country's position as a financial services leader. So, there needs to be clarity in regulations so that the crypto industry can grow more rapidly.
