According to Foresight News, LayerZero Labs has announced its plans to operate on the palm scan ID project, Humanity. In addition to this, LayerZero Labs will also join the validator node network of the Humanity Protocol, using Zero-Knowledge (ZK) proofs to authenticate credentials, ensuring privacy.
The consensus mechanism of Humanity, known as 'Proof of Humanity' (PoH), utilizes ZK proofs to confirm that the user's identity is human, without revealing any personal information. This mechanism is designed to protect user privacy while ensuring the authenticity of the user's identity.
