According to Odaily, Neoclassic Capital, a cryptocurrency venture capital firm founded by former Goldman Sachs employees Steve Lee and Michael Bucella, has officially launched. The firm is committed to injecting funds into various sectors of the crypto industry, including emerging SoFi, GameFi projects, digital asset lending, derivatives, and tokenization of physical assets.

Neoclassic Capital, headquartered in Miami, was established in January of this year. It has received investments from individuals such as Marc Andreessen, Chris Dixon, and Jeff Vinik, owner of the Tampa Bay Lightning. The company focuses on early-stage blockchain applications, from pre-seed to Series A, leveraging the cross-cultural backgrounds and multilingual abilities of its founders to act as a bridge connecting East Asian and North American digital asset investors and companies.

Recently, the firm has received investments from several international investors, including SBI Holdings executive Motoi Oda and Zurich investment advisory firm L1 Digital AG. These funds will help drive the development of emerging crypto projects. In the future, Neoclassic Capital also plans to launch hedge funds, growth equity, and credit projects.
