According to PANews, Ethereum's Layer2 blockchain, Starknet, has announced a 30-fold reduction in contract declaration fees in response to public demand. The change will be implemented in the Starknet v0.13.1.1 version.
The upgrade schedule is as follows: Sepolia test network will be upgraded on April 8, and the main network will be upgraded on April 15. Starknet has urged all individuals running full nodes to upgrade as soon as possible.
The current Juno v0.11.4 and Pathfinder v0.11.5 both support the Starknet v0.13.1.1 version.
