According to Odaily Planet Daily, lawyer Jeremy Hogan believes that the lawsuit between the US SEC and Ripple will be resolved before the XRP ETF is approved.

That’s not because it has to happen in that order, he added, but because the ETF will take longer to perfect every detail.
