Did you read the docs before converting usual to usualx? It was clear that a 10% fee would be applied on the website. If you trade on the secondary market there is no fee but there is market variation.

$USUAL I just unstake on their website and even if they announce no unstaking fee i lost about 5% of my staked coins. i had 14724 coins and i got only 14077 coins in my wallet. this is not the usual way piece of .... hope they end up in jail
